In order to provide you with an adequate quote, it is necessary that you send us by email to info@petair.com.mx all the information about your pet, as complete as possible (breed, size, weight, measurements, name, recent photos, if you have with all your papers or if you need something) as well as the destination of your trip and approximate dates. Remember that all our departures are from CDMX, that we do not transport puppies under 8 months or under 10 months if they are brachycephalic, and that our availability is often subject to airlines.
